With expertise in commercial acumen, analytical thinking, enterprise risk and governance management, Jill has guided organisations through periods of transition and challenges, driving improved financial performance and organisational efficiency.

 

Jill served as Board Chair, Company Secretary and Non-Executive Director for Fronditha Care, an award-winning not-for-profit provider of aged care community and residential services, specialising in assisting older Australians from a Greek cultural background, from 2013 to 2023.  While Chair, Jill successfully steered the organisation through the COVID-19 pandemic and turned around the financial position from significant losses to profits, through increased business revenue, occupancy rates, home care packages,  and secured significant government grants for the organisation’s mission.

With experience as a registered ASIC company auditor for over 15 years, she has provided valuable consulting services to improve internal controls and financial processes across diverse industries.

Jill was a licensed investigator focussed primarily on matters of forensic fraud as well as highly sensitive cases, such as the care and wellbeing of children.

A consultant to various multinationals, private companies and high-wealth individuals, she has earned a strong reputation for ethical leadership, teamwork, and innovation, consistently seeking opportunities to utilise skills and expertise to help organisations achieve their strategic objectives and drive long-term success.
